Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on mybos888. This includes one account per primary device, per phone number and per bank account holder name. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different details or accounts under family members' names — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2.3 Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. mybos888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

- A valid and active email address
- Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

3 Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit
All deposits must be made using the payment methods available on the mybos888 platform at that time. mybos888 does not accept cash deposits, anonymous transfers or any method not listed in the platform's Deposit section. The minimum deposit is as stated on the Deposit page and may change from time to time.
3.2 Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the mybos888 account holder. No exceptions are made to this rule. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for standard amounts, subject to security verification.

4.3 Bonus Decisions Are Final

5 User Responsibilities

- Verification that the user is underage
- Voluntary request by the user

When an account is terminated due to a violation, mybos888 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including deposits, wins, and bonuses. For voluntary termination, any valid balance will be returned to the user once all reviews are complete.
7 Liability Limits

mybos888's maximum liability under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
8 Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the mybos888 platform — including brand names, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software code and game materials — is the exclusive property of mybos888 or licensed to us by third parties. These rights are protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

9 Platform Changes & Terms

10 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter will be referred to independent arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties. Each party bears their own legal costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.
